We’re a social bunch, we love giving back to the community by supporting good causes. Some of the causes we’ve supported are Pink Star Walk, Tairua Fire Service, Eat My Lunch, and Collecting for the Wellington Free Ambulance.

Company History
Where it all began...

We started out developing all sorts of real estate software because the founders’ wife worked as an agent. We created a listings CRM, a sales statistics program and electronic agreement for house sales. But property management stole our hearts.

Our only focus now is property management software and has been for over 15 years. It’s a multi-faceted industry with lots of interesting moving parts and we’re here to help you become a smooth operating property manager.

Ange
HEAD OF TRAINING

Ange is the savvy lead of the Training team, she creates, schedules and conducts Palace training to help clients use Palace more efficiently in their business. She has been in the real estate industry for 17 years, 8 of those years have been with property management software in Australia and New Zealand.
FUN FACT: Ange really enjoys riding her motorbike on a nice day, it's a great way to clear the head. It's an approved work vehicle so if clients don't mind her turning up with bike-gear in tow then it's her preferred way to travel.

Mathew
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & TRAINER

With over 15 years in the property management industry, Mathew has worked as a receptionist, property manager and finally as an office manager. This has given him a thorough in-depth view of property management requirements - assisting him to help our clients to get the best results from Palace. Mathew attends conferences, conducts Palace demos and assists new clients with their onboarding process before handing them over to the trainers.
FUN FACT: Mathew is a gardener by day and a musician by night!

Rosie
TRAINER

Rosie trains new and existing clients on how to get the most out of Palace. She facilitates online, one-on-one and group training. Rosie knows how to captivate her audience when hosting webinars & running workshops, not to mention her wacky sense of humour! She's a star at ensuring clients have the best possible experience with Palace.
FUN FACT: Crazy cat lover & has even had her cats join in on webinars!
