Augusta wind to September

9 August 2021   |   by Allan Vaifale

The highlight of last months’ many report fixes was the improvement to the ability to add rent changes, making it easier to keep track of the rent changes. Read the details on Rent Change Updates & Reporting Fixes here.

Bank Authority Update

If you’ve been keeping up to date with the monthly newsletters, you will be anxiously waiting for the bank authority update. The good news is, the new system is looking really good. However, the bad news is, we’re not releasing this feature until September. As you can appreciate this feature is a major change with the system with an in-built automated process to notify admin users to approve or decline bank account changes. We need to ensure everything is tested from A to Z before we release it. We have a little bit more time to sit on the edge of our seats.

SEAsing the Spring Break

We’ve covered July & September so far, but what about August you ask? Don’t worry, we’ve got all sorts in the goodie bag.

For the monthly release, we have part two of the rent change improvement. This rent change feature will ask if you would like to update the property rent amount as well so that the property rent is kept up to date with the tenant’s rent amount.

Also implemented are changes to the statement & remittance collation that will see improvements for the upcoming month-end. We also anticipate releasing the long-awaited Boss Dashboard in August – Stay tuned for more information.

You must September this

With the current and past taken care of, let’s dive into what the future has in store for us.

As mentioned above, we have the bank authority lined up to be released in September. In August we look to polish off the Boss Dashboard and start development on the owner portal. Stay tuned next month for a more in-depth look at what we have planned for this project.

Lastly, if you’re a dedicated reader of these articles, you may recall that we had scoped out our roadmap for 2021. The next step is to start scoping out the first part of 2022. In next month’s newsletter, we want to hear from you, you’ll receive a survey to give feedback on how 2022 should look to ensure we’re all on the same page.
