The Palace Support heroes are here to answer your queries. What do our clients say about their service?

Some of the comments received this past month:

 

Support has been efficient in replying and helpful. Training staff are also very helpful. All people I have dealt with have been very personable. – Ashleigh

When I need help, I email the Helpdesk with a description and they are always quick to reply either by phone or email. If unable to immediately offer a remedy, they maintain in contact with me about their efforts and get the answer to me in a prompt manner. They have been – without exception, friendly and welcoming. – Patricia

We encourage everyone to always review our service and send feedback messages as this helps us to better assist our clients. Should there be something that was missed or something that we could do better we enjoy hearing from you.

If there are interruptions in services a newsletter will be sent to inform clients of the issue(s) and another will be sent once it has been rectified.

Response Times

The wait time to answer requests has climbed to a high of 87% of requests being responded to within 30 minutes. Our support desk operates within New Zealand trading hours with support for our Australian clients as well.


Tips & Tricks from the Support Team

PC Tip

CTRL + T
When you are in your Internet browser and need to open a new tab, hold down CTRL and press T. This trick will get you there much quicker and allow you to type in the address bar.
